Inbox4.us Terms of Service

Terminolgy:
Subscriber - means anyone who purchases or has purchased or utilises an email account with Inbox4.us (Inbox4.us is wholly owned by Tam Digital).
As a subscriber to an Inbox4.us email account you agree to adhere entirely to the following terms of service. Breach of any of these terms will result in your account being closed without notice (notwithstanding, although not obliged to provide, any warning notice that Inbox4.us may offer to any subscriber) and such termination shall not leave Inbox4.us liable for any loss or damage to, or suffered by, you or any other third party howsoever caused.

1. Subscriber Registration Data

You agree to provide Inbox4.us with entirely accurate information on application for an account. You also agree to keep this data up to date and to notify us of any change in this data immediately that it becomes applicable.

Additionally, Inbox4.us reserve the right to refuse an application for an account should it be considered by the Administrators that any such name infringes any copyright, patent or trademark of any other individual, organisation or entity whatsoever. Inbox4.us also reserves the right to refuse any application for an account that may suggest that the subscriber has some position, association or affiliation with ANY part of the Inbox4.us organisation.

All applications are individually vetted and approved by living human beings that consider all aspects of a potential or existing subscriber's application. Any refusal of service is final and is not open to appeal and as such Inbox4.us are not liable or in any way responsible for any loss or damage to, or suffered by, anyone howsoever caused. Individual vetting of all account applications is intended to protect Inbox4.us from abuse of its services.

2. Use of Inbox4.us Services

The subscriber is solely and entirely responsible for all material and content that is transmitted through Inbox4.us. Furthermore, the subscriber agrees that Inbox4.us acts as a passive conduit for the transmission of any content or material passing through the subscriber's account with Inbox4.us

Furthermore, the subscriber agrees to:

a) NOT use ANY Inbox4.us service or facility to transmit, distribute or propogate ANY unsolicited email, content or material of ANY nature either directly or indirectly to any person, entity or organisation not personally known to the subscriber, including but not limited to junk mail, chain letters, or bulk email,

b) NOT transmit, distribute or propogate ANY content or material that is unlawful (be that in contravention of local, national or international law), harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive, vulgar, obscene, or that contains ANY kind of virus or other harmful or intrusive programming,

c) NOT impersonate or falsely represent any person, entity or organisation of any description whatsoever; including, but not limited to, an employee or associate of Inbox4.us. Neither shall the subscriber imply, falsely state or claim to have an affiliation or association with a person, entity or organisation whatsoever,

d) NOT engage in fraudulent activity or forgery, including, but not limited to, the forging or spoofing of message headers, or manipulating identifiers in order to alter, disguise or conceal the origin of any transmitted content in order to breach ANY of these terms or any terms which apply to the means that the subscriber may use to connect to this service,

e) NOT interfere with, disrupt or use any means whatsoever to disrupt, harm or disable Inbox4.us servers, networks connected to it, hardware or software,

f) NOT infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy which involves the use of ANY of Inbox4.us products or services.

3. Privacy
The subscriber also accepts the Inbox4.us Privacy Policy in whole and part and including any updates to that policy. Click here to view the inbox4.us privacy policy.

4. Subscriber Age Restriction
If you are under the age of 13 you may not subscribe to ANY inbox4.us product and/or service whatsoever, unless you obtain and provide Inbox4.us with your parent or guardian's consent.

5. Usage restriction
The subscriber alone is entitled to use the product or service of Inbox4.us. The subscriber further agrees to not to resell or offer the use of their Inbox4.us product or service to any other individual, entity or organisation.

6. User password
The subscriber agrees that they alone are responsible for protecting and/or guarding their password which is associated with their account and further agrees to notify Inbox4.us of any disclosure, inadvertantly or otherwise, of their password for any product or service with Inbox4.us. The subscriber also agrees that they alone are responsible and liable for the use of any product or service with Inbox4.us, including any unauthorized use.

7. Indemnity
The subscriber agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Inbox4.us, any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, administrators, associate or affiliate and their successors and assigns from any damages, expenses and liabilites relating to the use of their account and any product or service which they have subscribed to with Inbox4.us.

8. Disclaimer of any Warranties
The subscriber agrees that their use of ANY Inbox4.us product or service is done so at their sole risk. Inbox4.us is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Inbox4.us expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Inbox4.us does not make any warranty that Runbox Mail Manager will meet your requirements, or the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; nor does runbox make any warranty that the results that you may obtain through the use of ANY Inbox4.us product or service will meet your needs or that they will correct any software defects. Inbox4.us does not make any warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained, or any transactions entered into through ANY product or service to which the subscriber subscribes. Any material, content and/or data you download or otherwise obtain through Inbox4.us products or services, comes at the subscribers own discretion and risk. The subscriber will be solely responsible for any damage to their, or any third party's, computer systems or loss of data. No advice or information, whether oral or written, which you obtain from Inbox4.us shall overide, or supersede, these terms or will create any warranty.

9. Limitation of Liablility
Unless prohibited by law, Inbox4.us shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or for interrupted communications, loss of data, any financial loss or loss of any other nature whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with these terms, even if Inbox4.us has been advised of the possibility or potential of any such loss or damages.

10. Termination
Failure to comply with these terms and any modification to these terms from here on may result in the termination of your account, with or without notice, upon which incoming email will be returned as "undeliverable". The provisions of all sections shall survive any such termination.

11. Modifications to any Inbox4.us products or services
Inbox4.us may at any time augment, enhance or modify any product or service with new features, with or without prior notification.

12. Miscallaneous
These terms set forth the entire agreement between you and Inbox4.us, and supercede any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein. The subscriber also agrees to follow any other terms and/or conditions associated that any other product, service, entity or organisation to which Inbox4.us may refer the subscriber to directly or indirectly and howsoever the subscriber may be referred.
